Registration

There are 2 types of registration:

  • “Early bird” registration until November 30th inclusive (the deadline is firm).
  • “Standard” registration until two hours before the first round.

To register you need to:

  1. Make a bank transfer to the bank account of the Chess Club Reverté 2103 5060 17 0030001958 (Unicaja Banco, S.A.). For international transfers, IBAN: ES79 2103 5060 17 0030001958. BIC/SWIFT: UCJAES2MXXX. The concept has to contain the full name of the player. Other optional data: phone number and chess club (especially for joint registrations).
  2. Fill the registration form (necessary to make the payment before): http://goo.gl/forms/O29O8cx457
  3. Check the list of participants and confirm attendance since the eve of the tournament until 30 minutes before the start of the first round. Attendance can be confirmed at the playing venue or by phone (651 41 98 62). If a player does not confirm attendance, s/he will not be paired in the first round (even if s/he paid the registration fee).

REGISTRATION FEES:

GROUPS A and B

  • Early bird (until November 30th inclusive):
    • General: 30 €
    • Promotional*: 25 €
    • GMs, IMs, WGMs and WIMs: Free. Ask for special conditions: ajedrezreverte@gmail.com, 651 41 98 62 (telephone and whatsapp).
  • Standard (from December 1st inclusive):
    • General: 35 €
    • Promotional*: 30 €

* Note: The promotional registration fee is for:

  • joint registration of 5 or more players from the same chess club or groups. It is necessary to make a single payment and provide details on the registration form. Fill out one registration form for each of the players. The above price is per person,
  • players staying at the hotel of the event,
  • U-16 players.

* Note 2: Players belonging to the Chess Club Reverté Minerals have a unique fee of 15 €.

GROUP C

  • Early bird (until November 30th inclusive): 2 €
  • Standard (from December 1st inclusive): 3 €

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your registration and obtain a refund, e-mail to ajedrezreverte@gmail.com. If done by before December 17th, 50% of registration will be refunded. Otherwise, you can cancel the registration, but no amount will be refunded.
